Terms of Service

Revision of 28 July 2026

The service provides CS2 profile commend-boosting for a given SteamID. Placing an order and paying constitutes acceptance of the terms. We never request your account login or password.

1. Subject

The service sends commends to a Counter-Strike 2 profile for the SteamID given by the customer. Sending is performed by the service itself: nothing is required from the customer beyond the SteamID and their presence on the service's game server during delivery. Placing an order and paying constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. What is required from the customer

Only the target SteamID and the presence of the profile owner on our game server during delivery. We never request or accept a login, password, Steam Guard codes, email access or account access. Any such request made in our name is fraud.

3. Balance and payment

The internal unit of account is a like: one like corresponds to one commend. Likes are credited to the balance through top-up packages, and the package price is fixed at the moment the invoice is issued. Payment is accepted in roubles and in cryptocurrency through payment providers, each with their own processing rules. Likes on the balance do not expire.

4. Fulfilment

Delivery starts once the customer connects to the assigned server and pauses if they leave it. Likes are spent as delivery actually happens — the undelivered part stays on the balance. Indicative timings (1 to 5 minutes to start, roughly 20 commends per 5 minutes) depend on infrastructure load and are not a hard commitment.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is not affiliated with Valve Corporation and gives no guarantees on its behalf. We are not liable for changes to the game and its services, for the actions of payment providers, or for the consequences of an incorrectly supplied SteamID.

6. Refunds

The service counts as rendered for the commends actually delivered; the undelivered part stays on the balance as likes automatically and never expires. If the service was not rendered — the payment was not credited, delivery did not start within 48 hours, or it was interrupted for reasons on the service's side — the customer may claim a money refund of the unused part of the payment; an untouched package is refunded in full. The claim goes to support within 14 calendar days of the payment date, is reviewed within 24 hours, and the money is sent within 72 hours of the decision — to the same details the payment was made from. The full terms are set out in the Refund Policy.
