We process only the target SteamID and data required for payment. Public profile data (avatar, background, rank) comes from Steam's public sources. Not affiliated with Valve Corporation.
1. What we process
The customer's SteamID and the target SteamID, public profile data (persona name, avatar, cosmetics, commend counters), order and payment identifiers, and the technical request data needed to prevent abuse.
2. What we do not process
We do not receive or store passwords, Steam Guard codes, email access or Steam account access. Sign-in happens on Steam's side: only a verified SteamID is passed to us.
3. Payment data
Card details and crypto wallet data are entered on the payment provider's side and never reach us. We store only the payment identifier, amount and status.
4. Why we need it
The data is used to fulfil orders, keep the balance, provide support and prevent abuse. We do not sell data to third parties and do not use it for marketing mailings.
5. Storage and deletion
Order and payment data is kept for as long as support and accounting require. A request to delete an account and its data can be sent to support.
6. Public Steam data
Profile cosmetics, rank and commend counters come from public Steam sources and the game coordinator. The project is not affiliated with Valve Corporation.
