Frequently asked

Straight answers — including the inconvenient part where you have to join our server.

Is it safe? Will I get banned?
Commends are a low-enforcement mechanic; Valve barely reacts to them. The comm-locks people mention on forums come from report-botting — a different mechanic that we do not touch. We cannot give guarantees on Valve's behalf. What we can promise: we never ask for a login or password and work from a SteamID only.
What do you need from me?
A profile link or SteamID — and you on our server while delivery runs. No password, no Steam Guard, no account access.
Why do I have to join your server?
The CS2 game coordinator only counts a commend between players who shared a match. Our server is that match: you join, our accounts see you there and send the commends. Without your presence the send is silently rejected.
I left the server halfway — what happens?
Delivery pauses. Everything already delivered stays in the profile, and the undelivered likes stay on your balance. Come back to the server and it continues.
Does my balance expire?
No. Likes sit on the balance tied to your Steam account with no expiry. If an order is not delivered, the likes go back to the balance.
Can I order commends for someone else's profile?
An order can be placed for any SteamID, but delivery only runs while the profile owner is on our server. A surprise for a friend who is not involved will not work.
How long does it take?
About 10–15 minutes to start after the order, then roughly 20 commends per 5 minutes. A large order takes longer and arrives in batches.
How can I pay?
Roubles (card and SBP) and cryptocurrency. Every price on the pricing page comes straight from our server: what you see is what is charged.
How many commends can I order at once?
As many as your balance covers. Split them between friendly, teacher and leader however you like; a large volume is delivered in batches, so keep the server open.
Why sign in with Steam if no password is needed?
The sign-in happens on Steam's side — we only receive a verified SteamID and never see your password. It exists so your balance and orders belong to you, not to a link in a browser.
